The General Consulate of Spain in Shanghai and the AECID (Spanish Agency for International Coorperation and Development) supported, in December 2009, at the multidisciplinary space The Nut, an exhibition of CORE Labs activity.

The exhibition showed the work of CORE Labs resident Spanish artists. They are all framed within multimedia research lines, and they share the fact of having an internationally recognized profile as visual artists.

The show gathered different creation techniques, from digital video and visual mapping to interactive art programming and hardware development for live audiovisual display. An introspective vision, the result of a reflection on the media used by artists placed inside new digital art avant-garde, in which the means justify the ends.
