Video Lab
| Videolab hosts diverse research lines started by CORE Labs team. All production and visual projects carried out here is linked to avantgarde digital languages, which generally imply the creation or alteration of images with the aid of technology, the presence of a public and a certain synchronization with music.
Among the work lines related to video production started by CORE Labs, we can highlight Visual Mapping, a transversal discipline whose aim is to insert visual experimentation procedures inside the spatial design field. There are also Shortfilms and ‘Postproduction’ projects, based both in self produced material and in external artists productions. A third field placed whithin the interests of videolab is the production of Visuals in Real Time projects, understood as Vjing or live visual performances. Videolab hosts both guest artists and CORE Labs team. |

El Videolab sirve de base a varios proyectos de investigación llevados a cabo por el equipo de CORE Labs. La producción que se realiza en este laboratorio está vinculada con la investigación en nuevos lenguajes digitales, que por lo general implican la creación o manipulación de imágenes mediante el uso de tecnología, la presencia de un público y sincronización con la música.
Dentro de las líneas de trabajo de CORE Labs está el Mapping Visual, una disciplina cuya finalidad es introducir la experimentación visual en el ámbito del diseño de espacios; los proyectos de filmación, edición y postproducción, en los que se trabaja material audiovisual propio o de creadores externos; o la producción de proyectos Visuales en Tiempo Real, en los que se incluye el Vjing. En el Videolab trabajan tanto artistas residentes en CORE Labs como creadores invitados de manera no permanente. |
